Check In and Check Out Time
Our check-in time is 24 Hrs and check-out time is 24 Hrs.However, should there be an early arrival or a late departure, you will like us to allocate the rooms upon arrival of the delegates, we will provide the accommodation, subject to availability, based on the following terms and conditions:
Early Check in & Late Check Out:
a) Early check in as earliest as 0700 Hrs or a late departure beyond 1400 Hrs will be charged additionally @ 50% until 1800 Hrs shall entitle.
b) Early arrival before 0700 Hrs or a late departure after 1800 Hrs will be charged additionally @ 100% of the above-mentioned rates.Child Policy
Reservation
All bookings require a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. On counter payment is also available
Cancellation Policy
All Cancellations made after 1800 hours within 24 hours of arrival will result in one night retention charge. Please check the rate policies at the time of booking as some room rates may have non-cancellation / non-refundable clause.
